Greeting to the participants sent by the President of the Association of Kazakhstan Sociologists, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation – Marat M. Tazhin, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Aslan B. Sarynzhipov, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Arystanbek Muhamediuly.
The congress was attended by more than 200 participants, including 40 representatives of foreign sociologists delegations from Azerbaijan, Germany, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, including Bashkortostan and Tatarstan. The V-th Congress of Kazakhstan Sociologists combined representatives of universities, research institutes, research centers, government agencies and non-governmental organizations from all regions of Kazakhstan.

Two dialogue platforms were conducted as part of the Congresses “National interests and integration process” and “The role of sociological communities in Turkic-speaking countries in the way of formulation and implementation of national strategies”.
Master students, PhD students, young lecturer of Sociology were presented the speech at the II Forum of Young Sociologists of Kazakhstan. Aidos B. Altynbekov was elected as the new chairman of the Forum of Young Sociologists of Kazakhstan. He is a Lecturer of Sociology and Social Work De-partment of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, PhD student at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Summarizing the V-th Congress of Turkic-speaking Countries Sociologists, it was decided that the following VI Congress of Turkic-speaking Countries Sociologists will be held in 4-quarter of 2015 in Istanbul (Turkey). The Chairman of the Union of Turkic-speaking Countries Sociologists unanimously elected Marat M. Tazhin.
Congresses and the Forum of Young Sociologists of Kazakhstan materials were published.
